AGREEMENT between ("You") persons visiting website and consuming, buying LAUDE and ("We") LAUDE Wellness Inc. 

By agreeing to these Terms, you agree that you are required to resolve any claim that you may have against LAUDE on an individual basis in arbitration, as set forth in this Arbitration Agreement. This will preclude you from bringing any class, collective, or representative action against LAUDE, and also preclude you from participating in or recovering relief under any current or future class, collective, consolidated, or representative action brought against LAUDE by someone else.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

As LAUDE products are food and drink packaged goods – all products purchased on LAUDEWellness.com are final sale and may not be return for health and safety reasons. If you are not satisfied with our products the first time you order on this website, you are subject to a 100% refund on the product if you contact us within 14 days of purchased ship date. Should you have any quality concerns with your products, please contact our team hello@laudewellness.com with a detailed explanation and photo and you may be subject to full or partial refund. 

 

PRODUCT USE & INFORMATION DISCLAIMER

All statements on our website or packaging have not been evaluated by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency or United States Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
